1. Proper Use
You must use the platform, bot, API, card system and all related services responsibly and as intended. Do not attempt to exploit, damage, overload, bypass, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any functionality.
2. Fair Use
Actions that degrade service quality, disrupt other users, or misuse automation are prohibited. Botting, scripting, spamming, mass requests or automated abuse is disallowed unless explicitly authorized.
3. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your account, card codes, sessions, tokens, and all actions performed under your access. Protect your credentials at all times — sharing access or exposing sensitive information may lead to loss of funds or account compromise.
4. Transaction Accuracy
Always verify recipient IDs, card codes, and amounts before sending any transaction. Transactions are final once processed. The platform does not guarantee recovery for mistakes caused by user error.
5. Card Usage Rules
Your Coin Card code is private and must not be shared publicly. Any transaction performed using your card code is considered authorized by you. If you leak your code, you are responsible for any resulting loss.
Note: Card codes may be treated as API keys — do not expose them in public repositories or front-end code.
6. Rate Limits & API Restrictions
Respect rate limits, cooldowns, and system safeguards. Do not exceed API request limits or attempt to circumvent protection mechanisms. High-volume or abusive usage may trigger automatic blocking or throttling.
7. Service Integrity & Security Testing
Do not probe, scan, or test infrastructure for vulnerabilities without explicit permission. Unauthorized security testing is forbidden. Attempts to exploit the system — intentional or accidental — may result in permanent access loss.
8. Discord Compliance
When interacting with the Discord bot, you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies. Violations of Discord rules may result in restrictions on the use of the bot or related services.
9. Behavior & Conduct
The services must not be used for harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, or malicious behavior. Respect other users and the communities where the bot operates.
10. Content Restrictions
Do not use the bot, site, or API to distribute illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content. Activities that may cause legal consequences for you or the platform are strictly prohibited.
11. Stability & Abuse Prevention
Do not intentionally perform actions that overload, destabilize, or degrade the service. Mass operations, forced concurrency, or actions intended to saturate the queue are prohibited.
12. Third-Party Usage & Legal Responsibility
This platform is not legally responsible for how the API, bot, or currency system is used inside third-party applications, servers, bots, websites, or external integrations. If a third party uses Coins as a medium of exchange for illegal, harmful, prohibited, or unauthorized content, the responsibility lies with those external operators.
The Coin platform does not supervise, monitor, or validate third-party implementations, and cannot be held liable for violations or damages resulting from external misuse.
13. Cloudflare Compliance
Platform operation may leverage Cloudflare infrastructure and protections. All usage must comply with Cloudflare's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring their traffic patterns and integrations respect Cloudflare rules; the platform is not liable for penalties or blocks resulting from violations by users.
14. Updates to These Guidelines
These terms and usage rules may be changed or expanded at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
